Healing For Today

June Evans

Jesus died to redeem you from sickness and disease. Jesus bore pains and diseases, and by His stripes you are healed. Just as you can be saved from sin so can you be healed from sickness and disease. Thank God for medical science, but even more thank God for His healing power. To be healed all you must do is believe and receive. God’s power is not difficult to access. Just believe and receive. If you have believed and received salvation know that healing is included in your redemption. You would heal a sick child if you had power to do so. How much more would your Heavenly Father heal you?  There is healing for you today.

Keys To A Spiritual Battle

June Evans

Things you need to know when fighting spiritual battles:

1) You do not have to win the victory in battles. Jesus has already won your victory.

2) You must not be moved by what you feel or see. Faith is the evidence of what you cannot feel or see.

3) You must bring your thoughts under the control of God’s word. Your thoughts can defeat you.

4) You must be obedient to all God has told you to do. Having done all you will stand.

5) Know that the devil has to flee when you resist his attacks. He has no choice but to flee.

6) Do not let a bad day or bad report trump the supernatural power of God. The bad day and bad report is not the end.

7) Rejoice that every bad thing can work to your good when God is in the working. So act like the winner you are.

Take The First Step

June Evans

Faith is not just believing a certain way. Faith is also acting on what you believe. Great faith always requires a first step. The Bible tells the testimonies of miracles which occurred when people took the first step of faith. A lame man took up his bed and walked. A woman with an issue of blood pressed through a multitude to touch Jesus’ robe and was healed. The taking up and pressing through required each take the first step. So let this be your day to take your first step towards your miracle. If you keep stepping you will run headlong into God’s power. Take it from me. Stepping towards your miracle is a good way to live.‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

Don’t Keep Offense Alive

June Evans

Forgiving people who have wronged you, hurt you, and betrayed you is required in scripture. The Bible tells you that God in Christ Jesus has forgiven you, and you must also forgive. This is easier said than done, but God never tells you to do anything you cannot do. Make a decision to forgive. Just like you made a decision to accept Christ you decide to forgive. Give God time to heal your emotions. Healing your emotions is a process, but the process will take you to healing. Take control of your thought life. One of the tricks of the enemy is to keep offense alive in your thoughts. Take your thoughts captive. God does not remember how badly you treated Him before you knew Him. Endeavor to think like God. Do not withdraw from life and people. I agree that there are people who act very ugly, but there are a lot of us people who are good to know. Let go of those who hurt you, and embrace the people God sends to help you. All of this wisdom works for I have been there and done this. It works. Do it and be free.  #‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

God’s Time Out

June Evans

In the final analysis you do not need control of your circumstances or the people in your life. Control yourself. Make right responses to circumstances and people, and your life will always turn to good, in spite of circumstances and people. Controlling yourself takes some hard work. Sometimes you need to speak harshly to yourself. Sometimes you need to tell self to be quiet. Now there is a challenge!! Self loves to talk. You can put self in “time out,” but self does not like to be out of control for long. From years of controlling myself I found the best solution, the only solution, is to turn self over to the control of the Holy Spirit. He is an expert at handling self. He speaks softly, but He carries a big stick called conviction, repentance, and obedience. Conviction speaks harshly to self. Repentance ceases the talk of self. However, if yourself does not obey conviction and repentance you are going to spend a lot of time in God’s “time out.” I choose to make self obey The Holy Spirit because I hate being in God’s “time out.” Don’t you?‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

Don’t Cry Over Closed Doors

June Evans

God opens and closes doors in your life. When He closes a door it is for your good. What is on the other side of the closed door may not be His will. What is on the other side of the closed door may bring you regrets. A closed door may mean you are out of His time. So never cry over closed doors. Never try to open what God closes. Rather just know that a closed door is a sign that God is at work keeping you on the right paths. Let God open and shut. You will be kept from a lot of trouble and regret if you do.‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

Benefits Of Being A Christian

June Evans

The good thing about being a Christian are the benefits that are given to you. All your sins are forgiven, all your diseases healed, all of your needs supplied, all weapons of hell defeated, and all the power given to you. You have been delivered from death. Your feet walk in God’s pathways. When you call upon Him He answers, What wonderful benefits you have. So thank Him today for your benefits. This is the best benefit plan in the world.‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

Don’t Let People Break You

June Evans

The people in your life can make you or break you. You have to make the decision which it will be. What people say or do cannot be controlled by you, but whether or not words and actions remain with you is up to you. Sure, it is a fight to forgive those who hurt, to love the unlovely, to bless and pray for the ones who cursed you. But this is where your Christianity becomes real. This is where you through the grace and power of the Holy Spirit treat people like God treats people. Instead of brooding about all the people in your life who have treated you badly why not rejoice for all the people who are there for you, who have your back, and who love you and support you. Sure there are people who have done you wrong. Give them no place in your feelings or thoughts. Instead make a list of all those who have preached to you, prayed for you, listened to you, etc. Be thankful for them. Think about them. In spite of what you see, think, or have experienced there are a lot of good, good people of God surrounding you. Thank God for the good, and give the bad no place to dwell in your life.‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬

God’s Yoke Is Easy On Your Life

June Evans

God and His ways are not hard. It is not hard to obey God. It is not hard to live by faith. It is not hard to receive what you need from God. The enemy of your soul, the devil, wants you to think God is hard, difficult to get along with, and choosing that which is complicated for you to do. Do not be taken in by that lie. The way of the transgressors is hard. God’s yoke on your life and His burdens are easy and light. The Bible clearly says that what things you need and desire believe that you receive and you shall have. What is so hard about believing to receive? Any one can for that. If you do not have faith to believe you can have faith by hearing the word of God for your life. What is so hard about hearing? Faith acts like and talks like God has told you the truth, Now be honest. There have been times in your life when you acted and talked as if the devil told you the truth. How much easier and better to act and talk like God has told you the truth for He has told you the truth. Remember Joshua and the walls of Jericho. Those thick, thick walls were brought down by a shout. How easy is that. So take it easy today. Believe you receive, hear what God tells you, act and talk like it is truth, and shout your victory. Taking it easy works miracles. Have an easy day.‪#‎writtenwisdomfrommamajune‬
